Yes, it IS POSSIBLE to not only enter the main Global Security Challenge but ALSO enter the Cyber Security Challenge. There is no bar to entering both!

After you submit the proposal on top of your entry you would get a notification that "Your entry has now entered the judging process'& you would shortly receive a confirmation email ;then you can make sure your entry is submitted correctly.
